Make set termguicolors more prominent #1

Hi, I really love your color scheme! It was much more what I was looking for vs everything else I was seeing out there. But I'm a Neovim Newb, and for the life of me couldn't get why the blue background shading wasn't showing up. Decided to RTFM and saw that I was missing set termguicolors. That's my only nitpick.

Thank you for the feedback! I didn't really look at many examples when making this theme so I am not sure how other themes handle the termguicolors. I was afraid if I added the command to the theme it would break in incompatible terminals. I did do the best I could to make the cterm version of the theme.

I have updated the instructions. If there is anything else you think I should change, let me know.
