Add github projects support #14

GitHub projects is an interesting tool, I think ghi would benefit greatly from projects integration.

Unfortunately, according to the github developer API, projects integration is currently in a "preview period", which it seems to have been in since 2016. This means some special messages need to be sent to the server.
