Fixed H1-H6 headings display on hover, no title shake. It is solid. I removed the reading glow effect. It is solid this way. Maybe in the future I will create a plugin to implement the glow effect and other reading markers, so I can use JavaScript and have more functionalities.

Please check theme version 8.7.0
