Hello! friend! Settings menu needs improvement #6

I added the indent to the menus and also added indent guides with colors. (blue is the first one, purple is the indent of the blue menu level).

I added indentation + indent guides with colors. Now I think it is way easier to use.

magicuser_style_settings_menu02 Please check the version 7.5.4. I also added indentation on the first level (after opening the MagicUser Theme main menu).
