As someone who discs frequently, I'd like to use this system to keep track of my personal ratings as well as league/tournament play.
I want to be able to just upload a score card and have it added to my personal records.
Also, there are times where league members may meet up and decide that the round should be tracked (for instance, some members haven't been able to make many other meetings), so this option would allow it to be considered a league event without being predefined.
