Now that uDisc is charging more, we should come up with our own way of creating a scorecard and scoring a round. Also, uploading cards is just a pain anyway.
Requirements
Create a card for a course in the system
Add players to the card
Pick a hole to start on, pick which tees you're playing from and what the pin placement is
Have steps for each hole, playing until all holes are scored. Once completed, save to the server.
