unreliable test output #37

For test_model_design_integration_delayed_ME[HyperbolicMagnitudeEffect] we are getting stochastic passing or failing of the test. I think this is down to a) using a relatively low number of particles in order for the tests to run quickly, and b) not setting a random seed, meaning that the initial particles are different each time the tests run.
