update chooser.py to allow PsychoPy to run Kirby; Frye; Griskevicius #42

At the moment we can only choose to run the BAD with delay/risky/both and then an appropriate model of our choice.

Add these fixed (Kirby; Griskevicius) or heuristic (Frye) designs to the first option where we choose the design.
