refactor: remove `pdata` #168

At the moment:

we have pdata as a property of Model, it is a complex data structure
this is created by the method Model.packageUpDataForPlotting()
it acts as an input for a number of plotting functions...
[x] plotTriPlotWrapper
[x] figPosteriorPrediction
[x] remove Model.packageUpDataForPlotting()

Remove the unnecessary intermediate data structure pdata
