Unable to open maps #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Maps
2. It just shown a black screen instead of the map tiles, the `My Location' 
button is visible though.
3. And the app force closes when I hit the back key to go to home screen. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Map tiles should get displayed.

What version of the product are you using?
Evervolv-Perdo-2.1.0p7

Navigation crashes. Maps works after update on market, but so bad and 
periodically crashes.

since we dont have a gyro maps was kinda broke. a patch was submitted that 
simulates a gyro. this should be resolved.
