What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open YouTube or Open the Gallery
2. Play a Video

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is for it to play the video, what I see is very close to 
what a TV with low or no signal looks like.

What version of the product are you using?
Evervolv-Perdo-2.1.0p9

omx is still broke. video playback is gonna suck
