What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Restart phone with sdcard in
2.when asked for PIN try to unlock SIM
3.Try to the infinite and go on... wont pass that screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to go home screen, but instead i get the SIM Unlock screen

What version of the product are you using?

p6 but was appearing on previous versions, didnt guess that sdcard was doing it

Logcat and/or dmesg output.

I/power ( 182): *** set_screen_state 1

D/SurfaceFlinger( 110): Screen about to return, flinger = 0x1cd9918

D/AK8973 ( 117): Compass Start

I/WindowManager( 182): Lock screen displayed!

D/PhoneInterfaceManager( 345): wait for done

D/PhoneStatusBar( 250): disable: < EXPAND icons alerts TICKER system_info
back* home* RECENT clock* >

D/PhoneInterfaceManager( 345): SUPPLY_PIN_COMPLETE

D/PhoneInterfaceManager( 345): done

I/power ( 182): *** set_screen_state 0

I think this might have been taken care of already but im not feeling like
testing it.
in /system/build.prop find ro.telephony.ril.v3=signalstrength and add
',icccardstatus' to the end so its like =signalstrength, icccardstatus

i think thats the right one if it doesnt work try 'facilitylock'
