how do I get started with the app? #16

I'm interested in using the app with this project but don't know how you're supposed to get the app running. It looks like a python project - but:

1) what framework are you using? 2) what should I install to get it working? 3) what do I need to do to run it locally and what URL do I go to?

Sorry to bother you with this, and thanks very much for the useful project.

dafydd, what you're looking at isn't an app, just an in-development version of a site which complements this repository.

Spammy Recruiters as such is just a shared, downloadable list, the content of which you add to your GMail filter.
