Hi ****,

I work for Pearson Frank, specialising in OpenSource recruitment in London.

I have been working this niche market for some time now and understand that when strong candidates come along, they generally don't last long (especially on the permanent market).

I am writing because I have found one of these candidates. I know you have ties to PHP technologies in your company and this candidate is an intermediate level developer.

He has recently finished up on a few freelance projects he had been working on and is now immediately available and looking for the right company to help him in his career progression and to gain experience in various technologies.

This candidate is the type I often hear employers ask for. He is passionate about his work, eager to develop his skills, plays with code in his spare time and benefits from great interpersonal skills. He has 4 years' experience in Web and App based fields and is modestly priced just over £30k.

I am not sure if you have any current vacancies that this candidate would fill, but would you potentially have space on your team for this candidate?

He can interview at short notice and is interested in exploring what options come his way.

I could arrange for a screening call or interview if you think there may be space for him on your team.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Regards,
