Worked on this for a while, don't know is it really necessary. Nice algo to have around if nothing else.

Check's GTAV config for native resolution, a few predefined resolutions to calculate for. Can also calc for manually inputted ones.
Doesn't write config for gta5fov

I didn't update the project solution, since it's made on vs2012.

Given it's an external, generic program, I don't think it belongs here. If you release your calculator separately, I'll happily link to it in the readme though (should I ever get around to updating the mod).
