As per vajrasatttvAtmikA - there was an MW file just year ago that had this word, when googled with vajrasatttvātmikā I found http://sanskritdictionary.com/vajrasatttv%C4%81tmik%C4%81/200134/1 - every MW file of the web is an offspring of the Cologne files. But it's corrected already now, it's vajrasattvātmikā (H4) vajra--sat° tvā* tmikā [p= 914,1] [L=185032] f. N. of vajra-sattva's wife W. It might have been corrected at the https://github.com/sanskrit-lexicon/Cologne/issues/48 stage, but seems to be even fore that.

The only way out seems to be that we use the latest files uploaded by Marcis. When Jim does corrections, we ask him to provide the latest headwords file
