updated readme for clarity #169

After reading @drdhaval2785's note on #168, I thought that perhaps the README should be updated for for even more clarity.

Also, even though this repo is not being actively maintained, I'd suggest that the link in the description change from http://lanover.com/lan/sanskrit/subanta.html to http://www.sanskritworld.in/sanskrittool/SanskritVerb/subanta.html since people will stand land at this repo.

Agree. Also the previous PR changing to sanskritworld was also accepted.
