Unable to go to parent directory #14

Server: PureFTPd 1.0.32

When the plugin tries to go to the parent directory of any folder, my server 
says "Operation not permitted". I don't think it likes the command sent by the 
plugin.

CWD /scripts/plugins/..

550 Can't change directory to /scripts/plugins/..: Operation not permitted

I can go into the scripts folder, and then to the plugins folder, but I can't 
go back to the scripts folder again. I have to go back to the root folder and 
start from there. I think it would be better if the plugin resolves the parent 
path instead of ".."
