Annotated AnnotationAssertions lose data when translated to obo #69

See RoundTripPropertyValueTest - uncomment:

//roundTripOBOFile("property_value_qualifiers_test.obo", true);

this is the line in obo:

property_value: external_definition "The condyloid process is part of the 
mandible and is thicker than the coronoid, and consists of two portions: the 
condyle, and the constricted portion which supports it, the neck." xsd:string 
{term="Wikipedia:Condyloid_process", external_source="Wikipedia"}

translation to owl is fine. translation back loses annotations.
