Camera can be moved around while in spectate with race menu open #24

  1. Go into spectate mode
  2. Open race menu
  3. Camera can be freely moved around

Fixed in next JC2-MP release. (There was an issue with TabControl not always firing an event, which would enable/disable the camera input.)
