Urgent additions #1

• [ ] Nav bar: add a log-out button to log out of the session
• [ ] A disabled state in the send message button: this is for whenever you're waiting for a message (response) back, the user should be blocked from sending messages. The task here is to add a toggle to have a state in which the send message button is disabled (and it greys out or something)
• [ ] After sending a message, some sort of indicator should appear (e.g., three dots animated) to show that we're waiting for a response
• [x] Automatically scroll to the bottom of a conversation once all of its messages have been loaded
• [ ] We need base64 images rendered in the message components, not just via URLs. This is pending here, and we need it now
