[Bug] Excel cannot save the tables after restart Obsidian

【Excel format support】fail to save after editting. Once restart Obsidian, all data gone.

Expected behavior

improve file save behavior

Actual behavior

Excel cannot save after editting the tables. USheet and UDoc have no problem.
