Add Korean Translation #216

I added Korean Translation(ko.csv) in ./inst/i18n

There's the same mechanism in package datamods for the import data module if you can take a look :pray:

For info: I've switched "ko" to "kr" to match ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2:KR
