Enhancement factor reordering #41

This is a fantastic package -- really accelerates the initial exploration process!

Would you consider an enhancement for enabling forcats::fct_reorder? Similar to the "Flip coordinates" toggle.

I think what you mean here, and this would add a lot of value, is fct_infreq(), with the ability to reverse (two new options)
