Create Color Palette in Esquisse #60

Hello All --

Is it possible to manually create a color palette that can be used within the esquisse application? When the color palette options are available I want to be able to grab a previously created color palette, if possible.

It is now available in the GitHub version and will be released on CRAN soon, please re-open this issue if you encounter any trouble.
