use ph_with instead of ph_with_vg #89

Hello,

une petite modif du code lié à la sortie pptx qui est conforme à la function ph_with, en plus je vais rendre ph_with_vg deprecated dans les mois prochains. Si besoin on peut exporter facilement aussi en mode fullsize.

A votre dispo s'il y a des questions...
