3. Open website B in an incognito Chrome Window
4. Press the icon in the extension bar to send the page to phone

Same for both Wifi and Mobile network

It also affected to the "Chrome to phone" menu item in the context menu pop up
when right clicking highlighted text or images in incognito window. After
clicking, the URL of last open website in non-incognito (normal) window
If there are no normal windows open, the content (URL/highlighed text/images) would be sent to phone, which was the expected behavior.
