What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Zirco
2. Press menu button, select Preferences
3. Select "Search URL"
4. Select custom
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For a new user setting up a custom URL can be a problem since it doesn't state
that %s is the search string. Maybe this was changed from a previous version
because I don't remember having such a hard time setting this up. I had to go
through the source code to see how this variable is set up for the Wikipedia
engine.
Maybe chaging the drop down option from "Custom" to "Custom (use %s for search
string)" or add this clarification below the drop down menu when Custom is
selected. Or even have a sample search string in the box (
http://duckduckgo.com/?q=%s )
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using Zirco v0.4.4 on an Android 2.3.6 (but I doubt this is relevant)
