PAGING: highlight tint in the start of animation #146

Currently, the paging window is mapped at the end of animation, so that the tinting is shown at the end of animation.

For optimal visual effect, the tinting (and paging window mapping) should start at the start of animation, and in the duration of animation, the paging window should move/scale appropriately.
