We should be able to attach some tests against a specific goal, and show a suite of goals that have derivations, like blended goals.
May combine mulitple goals so we get good at goal separation.
The goal tests should be automatically run in CI, and should be viewable in the browser where the user can run them for themselves.
So some of these tests will be matrix tests that run the same thing under different scenarios, and some will be attached directly to a given goal.
The tests should be browseable and presentable in HAL.
The basic test is to execute the goal itself, and make assertions about what changed in the file system as a result
