Request for Interblock in T83 and WarFabric forms #57

Independent Requests for Interblock at different readiness levels would be very useful to have, particularly with the graphics they entail.

Being able to specify why it is needed for a T83 is an area that few in the world would be able to refute us on.

Just because this is specific to a T83 does not mean that the same solution cannot be used for multiple other Requests too, and this Request should strive to link to other Requests or describe other scenarios where a software system of T83 readiness can be used for many other things.

Probably will revisit this in a few weeks to tighten up the tactical intents but as an aside - had a lot of fun writing this...
