Quake 3: Team Arena #15

Package is already created and installable, but it does not work out-of-the-box. *.pk3 files from point release patch need to be manually installed: https://ioquake3.org/extras/patch-data/

Fix it by downloading them during installation phase.

This is now fixed :) Q3TA should work out of the box now - missing files are being downloaded from https://luxtorpeda.gitlab.io/files/idstuff/quake3/ on first run.
