get click handler off of secondary option dropdowns #183

These things shouldn't be analyzed for price change or anything else at this point.

Though in the case of titling options, they could effect the diagram later. But it should not be a problem. Just don't give them a price-writer call.

In doing this, I accidentally took the assigned functions away from the bookbody drop-downs in reusabel journals.

For some reason I had turned off the handler initialization routine. It's on and it works. but . . .
