Sturctured as FIELD:value::FIELD:vlaue...

First field in line indicates the kind of log line
First value in line is always the order number
Other values as indicated

These are the kinds of lines that will be found in the log

ORDER:order_number::ACTION:add/change/delete::other fields in the order
ITEM:order_number::ACTION:add/change/delete::other fields in the item
ADDRESS:order_number::ACTION:add/change::TYPE:billing/shipping::other fields in address
PAYMENT:order_number:TYPE:express/direct/check/quote::PHASE:do/done::other data according to type (might be pp response)
