Since several Navigators can reference a single Navline, and the only way to match a Workshop to its Navigator is through it's Navline.slug... there is no what to be sure you're getting the proper navigator entry for that workshop.
Adding category_id allows overlapping names but give a further link to identify the Navigator for a Workshop. But there is no interface for creating and managing this new data point.
At some point I added a collection_id to the Navline, but now that seems like a bad idea. There doesn't seem to be anything that refers to or uses this field.
