Uploading of Image and viedo not working #303

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on image icon
2. try uploading image
3. click OK

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Image should be uploaded and code should be created for it.

Rather error message apppers "Method Not Allowed

The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL 
/svn/trunk/php/upload_json.php."

Upoading action needs server-side environment(PHP), the SVN of googlecode no 
the environment.
