Scrollbar on mobile

There is a minimal scroll on my browsers mobile view emulation. Is this also present on mobiles? Is it reproducable by others?

I could reproduce the issue with chrome's developer tools BUT only there. In fact although I tested it with my pysical smartphone, several real devices in browserstack and different browsers I was not able to reproduce it there. So I came to the result that it is just a harmless issue of Chrome's developer tools itself.

Anyway I found an another real issue in relation to scrolling in the Starmap (see screenshots).
