UI Outline

Need some skeleton scenes to start with. Might need some additional research. Start with mouse interaction for now.

Screens:

• [x] Title (start, might have a credits button?)
• [x] Main Menu (Play, Shop, Settings, Credits, Exit)
• [x] Shop
• [ ] Settings (overlay or screen?)
• [x] In-game HUD (coins, candy bar, "salad bar", ball status)
• [x] Pause menu: pressing pause should freeze gameplay

• [ ] Bonus: a canvas layer all debug info can draw to

But only if we need it.

Settings screen doesn't exist and I'm going to leave it out on purpose, now.
