Particle effects

• [x] step 3 - add some effects (i'll make a list of things below)

could use glitter:

• [ ] black hole (can be 100% glitter)
• [ ] firepit (also 100% glitter)
• [ ] hit/landing dust FX for different player-env-enemy interactions
  • a completely different list of its own tbh
• [ ] ball trails
• [ ] collecting stuff
• [ ] Sugar Rush trail? (or something. Aura?)

We don't have to do all of these, of course. They're just good candidates.

The implementation into the actual game is crusty but the concept is there.
