That should do it for Tasks 1-7

User Functionality

Ensure the user can...:

[x] filter dealerships by state
[x] click a dealership and see all reviews
[x] sign up using "sign up" button
[x] login if they're already registered
[x] logout if they're logged in
[x] submit a review if they're registered

That should take care of Tasks 8-13

Admin Functionality

Ensure a registered admin can...:

[x] login into the app/admin site
[x] can logout of app
[x] can add new car make and model
[x] can see newly added cars in admin view form

That should handle remaining Tasks 14-17

General Functionality

[x] "Use Bootstrap to make application more intuitive"
