Bumped up audience network sdk to the latest version - 5.7.1 #31

Hey there! Kindly check go through the changes I made and accept my PR. The plugin is working completely fine as expected. I have tested all the ad formats except Instream video because facebook audience network didn't gave me approval of In-Stream Video ad in my app.

For testing ads, one needs its app to be approved by facebook audience network only after that the test ads will appear.
