Fix: hltv command "connect" no response on rcon #1011

since a few months, when using HLTV Autorecord, it happend quite often that multiple demofiles have been created for the very same map played. ever since running with this commit, it seems that happens much less frequently.

emm.. i knew this plugin. yes, it works on rcon too and this commit is for fixing connect command no response in rcon, actually there is so many commands no response in rcon.
