ERROR: couldn't open custom.hpk #856

This happens because you delete custom.hpk from server directory.

But, this message should not appear if server has sv_allowupload 0 sv_send_logos 0

Why? Because server doesn't want customized sprays and doesn't need to open that file.

In many pages, is recommended to delete custom.hpk from server, causing this error at console.

Anyways, that error shouldn't appear if you have that cvars disabled.
