Switch to DRV8833C h bridge #1

Check the schematics of www.bananarobotics.com module and find out what's the porpoise of serverl resistor and capacitors. Check if they are needed in dreamster-shield.

This one depends on #5.

In #5 we decided to switch to the DRV8833C h bridge. I'm updating this issue to reflect that.
