ExtendedData does not expand on unstyled Features #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Given this kml file:
http://kml-
samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/kml/ExtendedData/lincoln-park-
gc.kml
2. Run ./bx/examples/engine/balloonwalker  lincoln-park-gc.kml
3. The output is [first part]:
Feature balloon text for 1
<h3>1</h3><br/><br/>

Feature balloon text for 2
<h3>2</h3><br/><br/>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is an HTML table with a row per each
ExtendedData/Data element.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Attached is a screenshot of what google earth shows as the
balloon for this kml
