Killing an enemy will also kill neighboring enemies. kills 4 to 5 zombies within specified radius. Very limited ammo after which player switches back to default assault rifle.

A similar powerup could be the hand grenade. What needs to be taken into consideration is that the rocket launcher has a longer range than throwing a hand grenade. To keep things realistic.
