avoid changing screens if possible #11

On the dojo1.8_sandbox version downloaded October 12, 2012, too many clicks are needed to enter data. Select a patient, click on "add phone," enter data, click on "add."

Request: allow any data that can be viewed, be edited at the same time. A blank phone number slot should be present. Click on the blank phone number spot, and enter right there. Not only does this save 1 click, but prevents changing screens unnecessarily. UI guideline #3.

This is being currently tried. The Dojo Grid has the option of editable cells that update live / on click of button. That way there is no pop up and clicking here and clicking there.
