Updated example opstrings to use proper version for dependencies. Updated rio-ui to include rio-proxy during assembly of standalone jar to fix ClassNotFoundException.

Thanks for the contributions. I think we got crossed up with doing the same work in the examples, but I did incorporate your mods to tomcat.groovy and the correction to your company name in pom.xml. Hope you have a happy new year!
