Update Aether to latest stable version #6

Aether has moved to Eclipse, and has had updates made that may improve resolving behavior. Work needs to be done to move to this version, the Aether artifacts have changed groupId, with subsequent package re-naming.

Didn't this break compatibility with mvn 3.0 and older?
