Add support for subset of Java annotations #9

Add support for the following annotations

javax.annotation.PostConstruct
javax.annotation.PreDestroy

These annotations would augment the existing Rio annotations:

One could use @PostConstruct and be notified in the same way as @Started
@PreDestroy is, well @PreDestroy. The existing @PreDestroy would be left as is, just deprecated.

Support has been provided, this will be in the next release
